Policies

All online bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment.

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before your appointment to receive a refund of your deposit.

No-show appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have any concerns about your color or any other service, please contact Salon Blānc within 14 days of your appointment so we can assess your results and discuss an appropriate solution.

All service adjustments are subject to evaluation and approval by the salon. Concerns reported after 14 days may require a new appointment at regular pricing.

Cancelation

Reschedule 24+ hours in advance: no fee.

Reschedule less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.

Parking

Don’t worry about parking! We offer convenient options including a lot right in front of the salon, along with plenty of street parking.

CHILDREN

At Salon Blanc, we warmly welcome families! While we love pampering the kiddos, we encourage you to savor some “you” time during your visit. If they’re not scheduled for a service, consider leaving them at home for a stress-free experience!
